USB playback can suit one screen with content that rarely changes. A CMS becomes useful when you need remote updates, scheduled changes, several locations or controlled access for different people. The right choice depends on how often content changes and who looks after it.

Possibly. Compatibility depends on the exact display and player, not just whether the screen has HDMI or runs Android. A compatible external player may let you keep a suitable existing display. Send the model numbers, orientation and intended content before ordering.

ScreenZeno supports compatible LCD and LED screen setups in one dashboard. The playback and control options depend on the player or controller. An LED strip or wall also needs content prepared for its actual pixel dimensions, which may differ considerably from a standard display.

Yes. ScreenZeno's browser dashboard supports phone updates, included in every plan. Access permissions determine which screens and content a person can manage. Check the workflow using the phone, media and display setup your team intends to use.

Yes. ScreenZeno uses organisations, locations and screen groups to organise a network. Roles control what people can do, and a user can be limited to a location. Separate customer organisations keep installer-managed customers distinct.
Plan content across multiple locationsWill digital signage keep playing without internet?
Locally cached media can keep playing on supported setups, while web pages and live information may need a connection. ScreenZeno can continue the last good content when the connection drops, subject to the player and cached media. Test both a connection loss and a restart on the intended hardware before relying on offline operation.
Review the offline-playback considerationsCan the content change automatically at different times?
Yes. ScreenZeno can schedule content for days and times, such as breakfast and lunch menus or weekday promotions. Set the intended screen, start and end times, and content that should run afterwards. Check the result against the site's opening hours.

Proof of play records reported playback, helping you check what ran and download a report. It is different from proof that somebody saw the content, and it does not by itself confirm the physical display was visible or switched on. Use it alongside screen status and a local check when necessary.
