SCREENZENO RESELLERS
Turn digital signage installations into ongoing service.
If you already install and support screens, ScreenZeno can sit alongside your hardware, design and maintenance work. Keep customers in separate organisations, give them suitable access and agree how software renewals fit your service.
Keep the relationship
Handle installation, onboarding and first-line support for your own customers. Agree who owns account administration, content and billing before your first deployment.
Serve several clients
Create separate customer organisations and locations. Assign Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles and limit suitable people to a single site.
Build recurring work
Offer software renewal, content changes, training, monitoring and maintenance in a clear package. Set the scope and response times your team can deliver.
Build an ongoing customer service
The public software price is £14 per month or £120 per year per screen, including VAT. Build an ongoing service around installation, content management and first-line support. Raphael reviews installer applications individually and contacts approved applicants personally.
How a partner starts
- Apply with your company, territory, usual hardware and approximate annual screen volume.
- Discuss supported player combinations, customer ownership, billing and who handles first-line support.
- Run a pilot on actual hardware, including scheduling, network loss and device restart.
- Agree trade terms and a repeatable onboarding process before wider rollout.
What is included and what needs agreement?
Content management, scheduling, customer organisations, roles and supported screen management are already described on this site. Particular LED controls and reporting depend on hardware. Branding, licence transfers, customer offboarding and support escalation require an individual agreement before rollout.
Public software pricing is £14 monthly or £120 annually per screen, including VAT. Hardware, installation, training and managed services are separate.

Common questions
Can I invoice my own customer?
Discuss the proposed commercial arrangement when you apply. The public site does not state a single billing model for every partner.
Can I use my own brand?
Branding options require a specific agreement. Do not sell a custom domain, branded player or white-label email workflow as included until its scope has been confirmed.
Will every screen I install work?
No. Confirm the display, player or controller and test the desired content and controls. Our compatibility checklist explains what to send.
