Agree what your project includes
£120 a year or £14 a month per screen, inc VAT. Your quotation should still set out the licence quantity and renewal arrangements, and any hardware or services, which are priced separately.
- Compatible Android players, LED players, displays and any installation work.
- Initial account setup, content preparation and staff training.
- Storage, content requirements and any third-party services.
- Support hours and on-site cover, where agreed.
- Any ongoing design or managed-content service.
LED players, replacement players and larger networks
LCD screens and LED players use the same per-screen price and the same dashboard. Tell us how the screens will be connected. For video walls, multiple outputs, temporary hire or player replacements, ask us to confirm the licence count and transfer arrangements in writing before ordering.
Installer applications
If you install screens for customers and handle their first-line support, apply for individual review. Raphael contacts approved installers personally.
