ScreenZeno is a cloud-based digital signage CMS for uploading media, building playlists, scheduling content and publishing to compatible LCD and LED screen setups. Use it for one site, several locations or separate customer organisations.

Publish from one place

Upload images and video, organise them in playlists, choose the screens and set the times they should play. Changes are made through the browser dashboard, including from a phone.

Keep access clear

Give each customer its own organisation. Within an organisation, use Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles and limit suitable users to a location.

Support the estate

See screen status, current playback and offline alerts. Check the actual player and network configuration during onboarding so the information is useful in practice.

How ScreenZeno works

  1. Confirm the display, player, orientation, resolution and network setup.
  2. Add an organisation, locations and users; pair compatible players to screens.
  3. Upload content, build a playlist and schedule or publish it to the intended screens.
  4. Review status and playback in the dashboard as the installation runs.

Android players and supported LED controller workflows are different. Compatibility and remote controls depend on the hardware and configuration. Check compatibility before ordering.

What does it cost?

Published ScreenZeno pricing is £14 per screen per month or £120 per screen per year, including VAT. Hardware, installation, setup, training and managed content are quoted separately. See software pricing and inclusions.

Built for customers and the companies supporting them

A business can manage its own locations. An installer can supply the platform alongside hardware, installation and ongoing support. Installer applications are reviewed individually by Raphael before any partnership is agreed.

Common questions

Do I need a media player?

That depends on the display and its built-in capabilities. Send the screen and player models so the team can confirm a supported setup before you buy or deploy.

Can content be changed across several sites?

Yes. Locations and screen groups help organise publications, while access controls determine who can manage them.

What happens during a network outage?

Already running content can continue in supported circumstances. Offline behaviour depends on the content type, whether the media was cached and whether the player restarts. Validate that failure scenario on your chosen hardware before promising uninterrupted playback.
