DIGITAL SIGNAGE CMS

A digital signage CMS for content, screens and people.

A digital signage content management system is the software used to prepare content, decide where and when it plays, and manage the screens showing it. ScreenZeno brings those jobs into one browser dashboard for compatible players.

Content

Upload images and video, build playlists and publish to screens or suitable groups. Staff uploads can be held for approval before they are used.

Schedules

Choose what plays on different days or at different times, such as breakfast and lunch menus. Set operating hours where supported by the player.

Accounts

Organise screens by customer and location, then invite users with suitable roles. A site manager can be limited to their location.

CMS, player and display: what each part does

The CMS is where a person uploads and schedules content. A compatible media player or controller retrieves and shows that content. The display is the LCD or LED hardware the audience sees. A cloud dashboard cannot compensate for an unsupported player or unreliable local installation, so confirm the whole chain.

How a content change reaches a screen

  1. Upload media and place it in a playlist.
  2. Choose the screen or group and set the publication time.
  3. The player receives the publication and shows it according to its supported playback and operating schedule.
  4. Check status and proof-of-play records where the player reports them.

For one business or several customers

One business can organise multiple sites. An installer can use separate customer organisations with delegated users. Screen groups help publish to matching displays without repeating the same change screen by screen.

Common questions

Is ScreenZeno cloud-based?

Yes. You manage accounts, content and schedules through the browser. Playback itself runs on the connected player or controller.

Can I use it on my phone?

The browser dashboard supports making content and screen changes from a phone. Test your intended workflow and device before rolling it out to staff.

Does a screen keep playing without internet?

Previously available content can continue during an interruption in supported cases. Cold restarts, uncached media and live web content need separate testing; do not assume all content will be available offline.

How is it priced?

Published software prices are £14 per screen monthly or £120 per screen annually, including VAT. Hardware and services are separate.
