FOR AV INTEGRATORS

Digital signage software for AV integrators.

ScreenZeno provides a CMS layer for compatible commercial display, Android player and LED controller projects. It is designed around the customer accounts, publishing workflows and support work that follow an AV installation.

Customer structure

Use separate organisations for clients and locations within each organisation. Roles and location limits help give editors access to the screens they operate.

Publishing and evidence

Publish playlists and schedules, inspect screen status and use proof-of-play records for supported player workflows. Confirm reporting needs in a pilot.

Hardware led rollout

Validate actual controller or player models, display geometry, network path, recovery behaviour and remote actions before standardising across sites.

Commissioning checklist

  1. Record exact player, display and LED controller models, firmware and resolution.
  2. Confirm outbound connectivity, content delivery and the account’s screen permissions.
  3. Test image, video, orientation, playlists and scheduled changes on the intended hardware.
  4. Disconnect the network and restart the player separately; document what continues to play.
  5. Check status, alerts, proof-of-play and any remote control you plan to include in your SLA.
  6. Agree replacement device pairing, licences, customer ownership and escalation responsibilities.

Be precise about integration scope

Android players and supported LED workflows are represented in the dashboard, but capabilities differ by hardware. Do not assume universal controller support, complete offline cold-start resilience, arbitrary third-party API access, SSO or white-label branding for a project without a confirmed scope and acceptance test. Send us the proposed hardware and use case.

Commercial model

The public software rate is £14 monthly or £120 annually per screen, including VAT. Installation, integration and support are separate services. Raphael reviews installer applications individually. First-line support responsibilities are agreed before rollout.

Common questions

Can we manage several customers?

Yes. Separate organisations and delegated users support that structure. Test your exact staff access and customer isolation requirements before rollout.

Can we bring our preferred hardware?

Potentially. Compatibility is model and configuration specific, so agree a tested combination before quoting ScreenZeno as the software layer.

Is there a public API or enterprise SSO package?

Do not assume either is included in the published product. Describe your integration and authentication requirements to the team for a specific assessment.
